I've never actually HAD a sister, but I'm pretty sure if I did you'd be my twin! (Though I AM jealous of the red hair. How did I not end up with it?!) I'm 34, I have four kids (though I've got one son and three daughters, pray for me), my Dad lives with us (but he couldn't be talked into going to Disney if his life depended on it) and I'm a closet Disney fanatic. I try to only appear to be slightly charmed by it, not freakishly obsessed as I am in reality.
Your kids look very close; I can only hope mine stay the same way!
My FIL asked me if I had seen the new deals (4/3) for Disney at dinner the other night and when I told him that I had booked it the day it came out, he looked at me like I was a little over the edge.![]()
silly, silly man!
Only my dh knows that I spent the whole day that the offer came out in my pj's, checking the computer every 5 minutes......just in case it came out before the leaked time!![]()
I'm the Mother in Law who is taking my grown sons, their wonderful wives, and our two little grandsons to WDW for a week in January. I hope my daughters-in-law have nothing but kind things to say. However, in reality, I am sure I drive them crazy. I'm kind of a "diva" grandma. Oh well. My husband and I are giving them the trip, all expenses paid, including dining, etc. They will have their own rooms at the GF. I hope we all have a good time, but I'm sure, if you asked them, they are stocking up on drinks.
Have you heard from the friend again? or did you completly overwhelm him?![]()
I always wanted a twin!![]()
I'll pray for your dh when you hit the age that either you or one of your dd's will have pms, never ending! My dad got that. 4 daughetrs and a wife.![]()
I think 13, 14 & 15 are the hardest ages.Yeah, our 13 year old (the boy child) has just reached the boundary pushing stage. DH was exhausted from trying to figure out how to deal with him and I had to laugh out loud- I was 10 times worse than he is in his worst moments and we've got to go through that three more times!
Talk about passing the Prozac!![]()
That is HALARIOUS!!!! Unfortunately my secret has been out for years! Now I spend my time planning for myself and others, such fun.
LOVE the Oliver pictures, great pics!

I think I do a pretty good job of hiding the fact that I'm obsessed with disney. I try really hard not to let my friends and family know that I can think of nothing but adr's and what resort to stay at. But last night..............I let the cat out of the bag.
Here's a phone conversation that occured at 8:05 p.m.

Everyone around me knows I've got Disney'itis.
I really don't care how crazy they think I am.
Think about it.
Some are sports crazy.
Here in Vegas, lots of people gamble all there money away.
Some people shop to death.
How about all those soap opera watchers.
Gotta have a hobby. Disney is ours.![]()
It's funny that someone (geminiangel?) said this looks like National Lampoon's vacation because DH and I were talking about ours ending up that way the other day. Sooooo....since it seem's we are all in for what seems to be a National Lampoon type of trip in our own ways, I'm changing the name of our meet thread.![]()
