Please- need good luck for job interview tomorrow!

If anyone can spare me some good wishes, I would be much appreciative. I am going on my first interview in 6 years for a new job. Ironically, tomorrow is the 6th anniversary with my current company and I do like being there but if tomorrow goes well, I will pretty much making double what I make now. I just can't pass that up right now.

The only 2 bad things are that I am going back Mon-Fri when for the past year since I got back from maternity leave I have only been working Mon-Thu. Also- this is a 2 year contract, not a permanent position but DH carries the benefits so it is ok.

I had a good phone interview last week and my face to face is tomorrow afternoon- please wish me luck! I promise to come back and update!!

I wish you the best of luck! I am in the same boat, my interview is Wednesday! Been with the same company for 7 years with no place to advance to, next logical step is to move on in the career world. I like you only worked 4 days a week, this new job will entail lots of travel. Lots of pros and cons......These decisions are hard aren't they. Where is the crystal ball when you need one?

I know- it is very scary! My boss actually recommended me for the position at the other company. There just isn't much room left to grow anymore. I really really want this position and I have a pretty good shot at getting it according to my boss but I am nervous that I will blow it.

I just keep thinking of the couples cabana massage we would be able to book when we cruise DCL in December and a bimonthly cleaning service if I get the job! If not, it is ok- I wasn't even looking for another job anyway and I do enjoy my Fridays home with DS.

Well we didn't book any excursions and I promised DH we would get a massage on the cruise and with me working 5 days, we can afford to get someone to maybe come in once or twice a month so I won't be spending all weekend cleaning. I do that on my Fridays now!

That's all though- the rest is going to pay off my Disney credit card, send some extra $ for the mortgage and car payments and into the bank!

I am SO thinking ahead- I need to relax and not think of it too much!
