WOW - what the heck would be in a spare tire.... They they think are so smart, but there not -they are all going to get busted soon.... I hope.

BTW - He wasn't a cop in Florida (George) it was in Ohio - at least thats what they said on 20/20 last night, so that means that he probally doesn't have any connections with the Florida department.

I wonder where in Ohio they lived. I hope they find mud or something to connect them. But the way this is going he'll probably say. Someone is trying to frame them.

okay not to take the Anthony side, My family has no idea who watch my kids.

Do you and your children live with your parents and do they take care of them most of the time? I do not know about the other kids sitters but, when you live with the grand-parents and they support and take care of you it is a lot different.

Thanks, well, I'm too chicken to call NG, but I did email.

Cindy is going to have to deal with the grief eventually. As much as she drives me nuts with backing up her daughter's lies, when I am certain Cindy knows Casey is responsible for Caylee's death, deep down I do feel bad for
Cindy, because she will, at some point, need to accept the death of Caylee and go through the grief. When all the little trick or treaters are out at Halloween, Cindy will have to think about Caylee. I can't even imagine Christmas. Caylee's toys are all over that house. Cindy sees all this every day. It's a sad and crazy situation.

I know I had a horrible time when grand-daughter and daughter moved out and they were just moving out, but not seeing her every day killed me and I had to close her room for a long time. That's the sad part is this precious child will be missed so horribly on all the days of there lives. You could see how devoted the grand-parents were to Caylee on the videos and at that point I knew what they will go thru. I just wish they would quit sticking up for Casey.

I just love this family, NOT.

One of the K9 handlers said that they would have an easier time during the search if Casey Anthony or her family would provide them with an item that would have Caylee Anthony's scent on it. According to the handler, an item was requested from the family but they allegedly refused to provide it.

I'm sure he's lying though. I imagine Cindy will call him a liar the next time cameras are in her face.

But technically, the gun was not in the 'home' - unless in FL your vehicle is considered part of your 'home'? :confused3

I think it would extend to the vehicles...especially if it was in the garage.

I think LE knew about the fun before Casey's release. It must be registered to George because when she was released this last time, the police interviewed on Orlando news kept saying that she can't be in a home with weapons of any kind. It was stated MANY times almost too many times.

I wonder if they were trying to nail her for violating the home confinement and it sorta backfired since George's gun was in the car.

Hmmm, this was an interesting find over on WS - a poster noticed that back in April Ricardo Morales (ex-boyfriend) added this picture to his facebook entry:

More food for thought :scared1:

Great point. My parents may not personally know each person that watches my children. However, if we all lived together (including my parents) and a member of our family was gone A MONTH, you'd think they'd be a little more concerned.
A day, ok. I'll give them a day. Maybe Casey could use the excuse "I need to work late tonight and early in the morning, so Caylee's just going to stay over night at the sitters". Then day 2 rolls around. Where's the baby? Was the excuse "oh, she's having such a fun time over at the sitters I told her she could stay one more day". Then it's day 3. Where's my granddaughter? The sitter excuse isn't flying so much anymore.
The days turn into a week. The weeks turn into a month.

I'm sorry. I know I've gone off on a different direction here. It just makes me so mad that these grandparents who say Caylee lived w/them did NOTHING for a whole month to find her. Even if Casey said she was living with a "babysitter". Didn't the grandparents want to call and talk to Caylee over the phone? Go and visit her at her "babysitters"?

IMO, if Caylee was living w/her grandparents at the time of her disapearance, and they waited one month after she disapeared before contacting LE, they are as guilty of neglect as Casey.
Please understand. I KNOW there are grandparents that don't talk to their grandchildren for a month. But not grandparents that have their grandchild LIVE WITH THEM.

It stated on 20/20 last night that Casey had a huge fight with her parents before Caylee disappeared. She took Caylee and left. Cindy and George had no idea where either one was for almost a month. It was my understanding that Cindy had just found Casey when she called the police the 1st time.

So, from what I understand, Cindy and George didn't know Caylee was missing b/c she wasn't living w/ them at the time.

Thank you for explaining.

It makes me upset that LE is trying to 'nail' her for anything other than Caylee's disappearance, though.

KWIM?

:sad1:

After watchign the 20/20 last night it would seem that Casey was just a typical young mom and there was an accident that she was trying to hide.... then comes the chloroform. Now its even more mindboggling! that guy on NG trying to claim it as a 'cleaner' needs to be smacked! Good grief.
It truly looks like Cindy loved that little girl on the videos. It even looked like Casey loved her. Unfortunatly Cindy has gone into damage control.
I wonder if Casey is just schizo (sp)????

Seeing pics of Caylee is one thing.. but to hear the little angel laugh totally breaks my heart.

omg:scared1:

another thing that really gets on my nerve is that the police are trying to find anything on Casey Other than Caylee's dissapearance. That is not a good sign!!:sad2:

I disagree. I believe they already have enough to charge her AND get a conviction. I think they're stalling for a few reasons. For starters, they're trying to give EquuSearch time to find Caylee's remains. While they can go forward without a body, it's absolutely in their best interest to do all they can to find the remains. It makes it easier on jurors to 100% conclude that she's no longer alive, but they're also wanting to give this child a proper burial. At least some DO want this for Caylee, even if the family doesn't.

They are also trying to stall charging Casey because once she's charged, that clock starts ticking and Baez could demand a speedy trial on Casey's behalf (which he would absolutely demand at this stage of the game). On down the road however, once the case is rock solid, he'll be the one doing all he can to stall.

By charging her with other things aside from murder, they were able to get her behind bars. With the bounty hunter and now the new bond companies in the picture, they're trying to get other charges that could put her back in. We could likely see more of the same really. LE can just start raising the counts on what she's already been charged with if they wanted. Since it's not likely these charges will come with any hefty bond attached, this trick may very well end at this point. It just depends if LE feels there is anything to be gained by doing so.

I don't for a minute, however, believe she will EVER face trial for anything she's charged with so far. It's nothing more than a smoke screen to enable LE to build the case stronger and stronger against Casey. We need to remember too, that much of the DNA evidence that has come back is only preliminary testing. If the sample sizes are large enough and not degraded too much, confirmatory tests will likely follow in short order.

At the end of the day, she will be charged with the murder of her daughter, IMO. I believe they'll likely charge murder 1, too. I guess that just depends on what those chloroform searches were. If they can show premeditation, I also believe they will seek the death penalty. Not so much because they'd want the sentence handed down, but rather, because they'd LOVE to have a death qualified jury.

From there, Casey can try to prove it was accidental, but everyone and their mother already knows that Casey cannot take that stand. By that point, it will be a done deal, IMO.

I agree. They have enough but having a body would make the case air tight. And I think many of the OCSP searching really do care about Caylee.

The proflier on 20/20 said that liars like Casey need pressure to crack. She will tell the truth if she feels it is in her best interest. Nothing is in her best interest if she is sitting at home. They have a better chance of getting her to say something truthful if she is in jail...more pressure there.

Because she keeps making bond, the only way to get her in jail is on new charges.

Casey doesn't want to be in jail. I think the 'fear' of jail is what made her hide the 'crime or accident in the begining.

I agree. Let's remember though, if this was premeditated, it takes a special kind of person to willfully murder a 3 (almost) year old baby. Anyone who has that in them isn't likely to break under any circumstance. I don't think it matters where she is, she's not going to talk.

OK, but I'm wondering how long they'll wait before charging her. 2 more days? Another week? A month? How long do they let someone they believe is a murder be free??

I agree and that is why it is so terrible every time some idiot bails her out. I guess that's why I can't respect LP.

That said, LP finally said something I agree with. On Greta he said he doesn't believe Cindy thinks Caylee is alive. He said she knows Caylee is dead. He said something like Cindy is only saying Caylee is alive to keep her daughter from the death penalty or life in prison. And to that, I agree with LP wholeheartedly. But I still don't like him. ;)

tink (suzet on websleuths) on websleuths people are lighting candles tonight to help find Caylee. Mine is burning right now.

I agree and it makes sense. thank you. I wish these bail companies would stay out of making a name for their companies for the sake of caylee.
