I agree, this poor little girl deserves more. Im afraid to say, the longer it is, the more likely it is that she isnt alive. If she was, someone would have seen a glimpse of her by now or came forward. It doesnt look good. I pray she is still alive. I live a hour from Orlando and everytime I go out, I think of her, wondering if she is around.Thinking that I see her in other kids. No little child deserves this. But since nothing, absalutly Nothing is comming forward, I fear the worse. I just hope we find out what did happen. She is a beautiful little girl. Poor thing. Her mom needs something done to her. SORRY, just a little emotional.

I think you express so perfectly what all of us are feeling. Especially if you are a Mom or Grandmother... we only know how WE would react, and it wouldn't be like this.

I buried a child 22 years ago. My heart still aches for him. I cannot imagine not knowing for a SECOND where my 15yo is, much less if he was just a baby like Caylee is. My family still laughs about how I wouldn't leave him with hardly ANYONE...much less a "mystery babysitter"...

We only know our own reactions, and this seems so completely STRANGE to us.

Unfortunately.... like you, I don't think it will have a happy ending. :sad1:

I am so glad I have found this thread so I can share my feelings.
Like someone else said here, I am haunted my that beautiful little girls eyes....this really has me so upset.
I wait for Nancy Grace to come on every night for updates....I have a little girl who is jsut over 2, I would be calling the police if I did not where she was for a ******* minute...30 days????????

Everyone has stated so many smart statements here about the case..I really hope police are doing there job, I am sure they know more than they are releasing to the public. Almost like they are waiting for a family member to slip up with one of their stupid comments....

The original 911 calls...and the piece that was recorded they werent aware of (Grandma and Mom...they dont deserve those titles)..says it all...
Thanks for allowing me to vent!

I'm no shrink, but this beautiful little girl's mother's behavior has narcissistic sociopath written all over it. Like others here, I fear the worst. I only hope they find enough DNA in that car trunk to put that evil woman behind bars for the rest of her miserable life.

You know , I do think that whole family is wacco. My grandson is the same age as Caylee, he will be three the bigenning of next month. My daughter is married and lives three hours from me. But I know everything that is going on with him. If he would have had a baby sitter, I would have met her and talked to her and want to know everything that is going on. So for Caylees grandma not to know anything about the baby sitters, with her daughter even living with her. Thats just way out there. Something is wrong with all of them. I do think they all are covering up something. Then when the mom said that she would tell where her daughter was, if she gets immunity. Why would she need it if she hasnt done anything. Poor little girl. You just want to horsewhip that whole family. Julie or Choco_latae

they are saying that the mom's ohone records show no call to the babysitter.....I am sure she was made up.

I check this thread (and the news) each day hoping that there will be a happy ending to this story.

I agree with a previous poster who said that each day that goes by without any sign of Caylee is a very bad sign. :(

I was hopeful at first that little Caylee was sold or in hiding for some reason. Now I fully believe the poor thing is dead. :guilty:

taken from the Orlando Sentinel:

It apparently debunks a story about Casey Anthony getting a call during which she overheard Caylee. Casey Anthony claimed she got that call around noon on July 15 - the day she reported the child missing. Her phone records show no call was made to her cell phone at that time, according to the search warrant.

What another Casey lie??? I am glad the phone records have been looked over.
So the thread of hope that Casey gave her parents about talking to her is just bunch of BS.

I also wonder about the most recent boyfriend, Tony. (I think someone asked this earlier too).

Why have we not heard from him?

Why would the grandma and Lee hesitate to give Casey Tony's phone number? (as we heard from the taped conversations)

Why have we not heard from 'Tony'? We have heard from everyone else connected to the case, why not him???

Watching Nancy Grace right now - they have found the woman that the "mother" said is the babysitter. The woman has 4 kids, two young girls, has no reason to steel anyone elses child. The police know this is just another lie. They feel that the "mother" went to the appartment complex the day after Caylees death saying she was (the babysitters name) to make it look like this woman lived there. THIS WOMAN IS SICK! I JUST WANT 5 MINUTES ALONE IN A ROOM WITH HER!!

Really, this sums it all up.

I think the dad and brother are at least entertaining the possibility that Casey may have had a hand in Caylee's "disappearance" but are staying on her good side out of hope and/or an attempt to get info out of her. I really don't think either of them buys her lies completely.

The grandmother is another story. I think she has made the choice to believe Casey because to do otherwise means (1) she would have to face the fact that her own daughter has had a part in Caylee going missing, and (2) worse yet, Caylee is likely dead. She can't face either of those possibilities, so she is choosing to "believe" the unbelievable until reality forces her to do otherwise. Yes, I'd like to whack her upside the head, but then it's not my dead granddaughter. :sad2:

The mom's behavior says it all. When her mother said something to the effect that it was no one's fault but her own that she was in jail, and that if she'd just tell what she knew it would all be over, Casey went ballistic on her mom. Yet, not one mention of Caylee. It's all about ME, ME, ME. She did manage to demand her ex-boyfriend's phone # from her mom, however. Everything is high drama to her. "Caylee is in danger if I talk." What, do the Sopranos have her, for crying out loud? Her lack of concern, even fake concern, for her child is astounding and all too telling.

I just heard a statement from grandma saying something like 'Maybe she (Caylee) will come home today, maybe tomorrow; if not by Saturday (her birthday) then who knows, I am going to keep looking.'

Great. But grandma, Casey said that Caylee would be home by her birthday (on Saturday).

If Caylee is not home by Saturday, will you then stop believing/defending Casey?

When will the lying/covering up end?

ITA.

I think it is very telling that the authorities are treating this like a homocide investigation and not a kidnapping. I do think they "know" things but are not releasing them to the public.

God bless that sweet little soul.:sad1:

If you read the search warrant on www.wftv.com, it says he contacted police and said Casey never told him Caylee was missing. It was after I read the search warrant that I became certain that little Caylee is no longer with us. :(

I read the search warrant as well. Interesting stuff. the police in this case must just smack their heads against the wall. After reading that, I agree. I dont believe this child is with us any longer.

I think Casey has placed her body somewhere. Maybe when she says she is close.. its the only thing that is true.:sad2:

I had not read the search warrant before, thank you for the link.

I guess I just find it odd that we (the general public) have heard from everyone involved in the case now, including the mysterious Zenaida Gonzalez, but still have not heard from Tony.

I still have hope that the silence from him and the police means that they possess very valuable information.

Cindy Anthony's actions are extremely suspicious, as well. She deserves a cell with Casey. . .in the general population.
