I hope that everyone hurries up and gets done with her body. So she can be laid to rest. This little one deserves to be in a beautiful resting place at peace. Not for her grandparents or anyone else, but for her. A casket, not a garbage bag.

I think the death penalty would be too easy on Casey. Afterall... she would be the star of the show. Put her in GP and let the other inmates kick her butt for the rest of her life.

And good for the utility worker... he might end up with the reward. Even though its half her bond.... This poor man will live with this the rest of his life. Hopefully he knows just what a great thing that pee was lol.

I keep hoping that they will come out and say they have a positive id even though I know it will take a bit longer. Just seems to me it can be done quicker somehow.


The news stations were reporting this morning that Casey was on a watch, not suicide watch but a watch. If she is that distraught she must think or know that it is caylee and not a false lead like the last time when they reported at first that they found something in the park. She didn't get upset then because she knew it wasn't Caylee at that location.

It really does look like it is her. Even Casey's lawyers are saying they think it is Caylee.

I read that they found a hair that was the same color as Caylee's and the size of the corpse is in line with her size. I'm sure this was posted before, it just drives home the fact that that it is her.

This just absolutely breaks my heart. I can't imagine a Mother doing this to her own child. I feel guilty when I yell at DD. I just can't imagine what this poor little baby went through before she ended up there.

I think the parents of Melinda (?) Duckett's (Trenton's mother) did file a lawsuit against Nancy Grace, but I'm pretty sure it got dismissed.

I bet there is prints on the tape too. I mean, if you think about it, Casey didnt exactly 'hide' the body. If she really wanted that child to be never found, there are so many other ways she could have disposed of her. That makes me think she was sloppy with it.

When she borrowed the shovel from the neighbor she probably tried to bury her. The ground was probably too hard. I also remember some one claimed to have seen her coming out of the woods by the airport. She probably attempted to bury her there but failed and in a panic took her to the wooded area by her house.

I read an article somewhere yesterday that the PD sid that if this was Caylee, then the Anthonys would be paying for some of the search efforts or something like that.

I don't know if this has been posted but over at the insession board a poster posted they heard on a news report there were teeth marks on the duct tape found around little Caylees mouth, apparently coming from her. That poor baby.

Didn't they get paid a lot of money for their story and for a movie deal from Lifetime? I don't think they are hurting for any money now. I can almost guarantee the book and movie rights have netted them quite a bit. So sad. That precious child. May she rest in peace with a decent burial. I wish they would put Casey in general population in jail. She should suffer instead of spending private times with Baez. I still think she has spun her web on him.

Out of this whole sick twisted story I think that is the thing that really hit it home for me today. That and her sweet voice singing "how much I love you" on the tape on Nancy Grace. I am generally opposed to the death penalty, but I would love to see Casey fry. What a poor baby to be born to that monster.

She was really too good for all of them.

Do you figure that Casey has really been just as surprised as everyone else that Caylee wasn't found before this? I mean, that close to the home all the searches she had to think it wouldn't take this long. It now looks like she really didn't do a very good job of trying to hide the body, she just got really lucky by circumstances.

And when she repeatedly said that "she was close" was she really trying, "in her own way" to let the searchers know where to look.

I heard LP claim that when Casey was out on bond, she at one point ridiculed the searchers, saying "They have no idea what they're doing. They haven't even found her clothes yet." She then realized what she'd said and shut up.

And yes, I've read that some criminals enjoy taunting police by making cryptic statements that contain hints they don't think the cops will get.

I heard one reporter pose this same question. They said that in a high-profile case like this one the lawyers are probably working for a percentage of future media rights.

I have to say the part about the shovel has always baffled me...her child is dead (we know now) and she actually goes to the neighbor's to borrow a shovel? That is just so weird to me, along with almost everything else about this case, but still...just weird. There was no shovel at their house? It didn't
occur to her that the neighbors would say "Hey Casey borrowed a shovel from us at the same time Caylee went missing."

My friend and I go back and forth about whether killing Caylee was Casey's intention. I think she caused Caylee's death, but didn't intend on killing her, I hate to use the word "accident" but I don't think Casey planned to kill Caylee. My friend thinks she planned the whole thing and killed her on purpose.

Either way, I'm not sure what is worse, sedating your child with chloroform, duct taping her mouth and putting her in your trunk so you can go to a party, not caring that your child could wake up in the trunk of that car completely terrified and not be able to see, move or cry out...or killing her intentionally so you can to a party. Both are worthy of life in prison IMHO.

I don't know how anyone can think it (Caylees death) was not planned? Is it denial that someone could do that to their own child? Unwillingness to accept that such evil exists on this planet? Because folks, Casey Anthony is a sociopath, a pathological liar - who searched the internet for instructions on how to use chloroform and break a neck, before Caylee went "missing." She then went out and partied at night clubs with a huge smile on her face. She placed duct tape (as reported so far, yet to be confirmed) on her childs mouth and placed her in a garbage bag and dumped her in the woods like trash. No, this was no accident. She killed Caylee because of a fight she had with her mother - another piece of work. If you follow the timeline of this entire story, it obvious.

Hopefully the forensic experts will be able to find out more or less what happened to the child, but nobody except Casey will be able to tell WHY it happened. I saw this video of Casey in jail chatting with her parents about eating grits, which seemed like something important to her... meanwhile she knew her daughter's body was rotting away.
She is a psychopath with no feelings whatsoever for anyone but herself, so I doubt she'll ever tell the truth. Maybe she killed Caylee after a fight with her mom. Or maybe she put her in her trunk, drugged and gagged, so she could party, and the child died of suffocation.

Casey has such little grasp on reality that I wouldn't be surprised if she tried to make it sound like that murder was justified.
