Judge denies defense motion to be present for testing on remains.

Also according to local news (WESH I think) Jose Baez has been told that there is hair on the body that matches Caylee's and that the size measurements also match.

Baez's team was denied access to the autopsy on the grounds that there has been no positive ID of the remains.

I don't think though that anyone has much doubt that this is Caylee.

I wonder what the grandparents are saying. I am dying to know if Cindy has any 'theories'.

I am thinking that since Casey didnt do much when there was a 'discovery' in the river a month or so ago, and that she needed a sedative with this discovery, that she knows the jig is up.
And what a gutsy move it would be to blame 'Zanny'. Isnt there already a slander lawsuit against her from Zenaida?

What got me the most this morning, I guess its just me being a mother and all, is that when they were in the courtroom, all the people on the defense team... WTH? How can you even want to defend someone like Casey? That sweet baby is gone by that horrible womans hands. Money or not, when I saw that video of Caylee singing last night, not only did I have a tear in my eye, but I felt so much hate for Casey. These defense lawyers are just a different breed than me I guess.

I heard about this late last night and have been sick to my stomach ever since. I wanted to have hope that this sweet little girl was alive, even though in the back of my mind, I knew she wasn't. I hope she may rest in peace now if it is her.

I have no doubt that's what Casey will say. She dropped her off w/the sitter and the sitter killed her. I hope there's evidence on the bag and/or duct tape that was found that ties Casey to it. If no hard evidence is found I'm afraid she'll forever deny and try to blame someone else.

I bet there is prints on the tape too. I mean, if you think about it, Casey didnt exactly 'hide' the body. If she really wanted that child to be never found, there are so many other ways she could have disposed of her. That makes me think she was sloppy with it.

I can't imagine how they are still going to claim it isn't Caylee. They have to know...especially George...that they will be able to prove it is Caylee. They might not be able to prove how she died, but they will definitely be able to prove it is her.

I cannot believe they are going to be on Larry King again.

I really do feel bad for the grandparents - even if Cindy is a little crazy - but I agree with this. Stay off of the TV - especially now.

Agree. I always believed Melinda killed herself because she realized the gig was up and she couldn't fool anyone anymore. Casey has a much thicker skull.

They were on Larry King Wednesday night, they are coming back on because of the new developments. George started talking about the rotten stuff in the trunk being the smell he couldn't even look at Larry when he was saying it. He knows what the smell was, he told the investigators on video, I saw it on NG. Both of them rarely looked at Larry King. It will be interesting to see how they try to spin this.

Did anyone else see the video of all the stuff they took out of the Anthony home? Vaccuum cleaners, shop vacs, peticide containers.

I could not agree with this more. I know there are tons of people in Orlando and all over for that matter...... that are mourning that little girl. It is a shame her own family isn't doing that.

I'm not going to watch the A's on Larry King. To me, it's like a broken record. It's a farce. Instead, I will watch msnbc dateline or even Jeraldo tonight. They are both having specials on Caylee that will be a lot more informative than anything the A's have to say (not sure if Jeraldo's is tonight or Saturday). Cindy will not believe it's Caylee, (or rather, she knows it is, but won't admit it publically) even if she saw what was in the bag with the remains.

I wonder if they found the doll's clothes in the bag. The doll should be at the Anthony's house. The doll was unclothed when found in Casey's car. Not sure if that would be good enough, though, since the defense could say that doesn't prove anything. It has to be something more incriminating. Even if it was a pillowcase from the Anthony's house, Casey will repeat what she said to her parents, "Zani has a key to the house." Does this get any more bizarre?

I look at my son, who is 2, and I cannot even wrap my mind around how someone could harm a defenseless innocent angel. How is it that soooooo many thousands of people are immersed in this case and are looking for closure to it yet the one person who should have been there to protect her is the one that stripped her of her life?

I do hope that the DP is kept off the table for the simple fact that I want Casey to spend the next 50+ years remembering WHY she is where she is. I want her to be FORCED to think of her daughter each and every day from sun up to sunset for the first time since Caylee was born.

I agree. I think the DP is getting off way to easy and it will much harder for her to spend the rest of her life in jail.

I have never posted on this thread, but have been reading it right from the beginning. This is where I get most of the updates from since it is not something covered on any local stations.

I just have to say that watching NG last night with the tape of little Caylee singing was heartbreaking, especially knowing it was soon after that that all this began. If this turns out to be Caylee's remains and her mom is found guilty (which I know... innocent until, but I do feel she is guilty) I think that tape should be put on a loop and played over and over every single day in Casey's cell. That little girl singing "don't take my sunshine away" just broke my heart, and I think listening to it over and over for the rest of her life is exactly what Casey deserves.
