Please Keep Your Fingers Crossed...UPDATE - No News Until the New Year

I just got a call from one of the partners at the firm that I was laid off from. He asked if I was willing to come back to work for them. He said that laying me off was one of the biggest mistakes that his firm had ever made.

He had brought up the idea with the other three partners, but wanted to see if I wanted to come back (H*LL YES!!!!). He now is goiong to bring it up at a meeting today or tomorrow, and let me know!!!!

This could not have come at a better time, let me tell you. I will fill all of you in later when I hear, either way.

*** UPDATE*** The Partner meeting lasted longer than they thought and they were not able to talk about bringing me back. Plus, the IT Manager is off until Jan 2nd, so it looks like I won't hear anything until then. But the good news is that it is likely that I will return, after some details are worked out.
