Ok I am overwhelmed with trying to find this information out. I have searched on here and I have read some things. My main question is What does it me when a seller list a Disney Pin as trade-able when they are selling them? I am not looking to collect just allow my two year old to trade pins when we go. Thank you all for your time.

I would think that a "tradeable" pin means that whomever it is that is advertising the pin is willing to TRADE the pin as well as out-and-out SELL the pin (no doubt for a specific other pin). However, if you want to be sure, you should be able to contact the person advertising the pin and just ask them what they mean by "tradeable".

Two is a little young to trade pins, just fyi..... I just wouldn't spend alot on it. We have gone to WDW 8 times and my kids are just now recently into it(ages 10 and 12).

No this is not correct at all. Sellers on eBay won't do a trade with someone, they are only selling.

OP all this means is they consider the pin(s) tradeable, it doesn't mean they are not scrappers or that they are official Disney pins, it simply means they feel the CMs at the park will not refuse to trade with you. Note that while CMs may not turn you away if you have scrappers other park guests will refuse to trade if they can determine the pin is a fake.

I agree with this, I feel 2 is pretty young to trade in the parks. I would recommend visiting the eBay super thread to find good recommended sellers, the last few pages have some feedback that may be helpful for you.
