Over a week ago I cashed out for a plane ticket. As of yet I have not received any info. How do you know if you got the right flight I have emailed them a couple of time not even an acknowledgement that they have received any of my emails. Has anyone ever redeemed any miles sucessfully? I am running out of time and I just want to know how much longer to wait before I give up and buy my own ticket. Thanks for any help.
