Please help with April rental rates !!!

Hi !!

I am trying to find a decent car rental rate for April and having no luck at all !!! my dates are April 3-12 and I keep coming up with over $500 including tax I have tried the mousesavers codes and used coupons, I just don't know what i'm doing wrong ?? does anyone have a decent rate for that time period ?

I feel your pain! I wish I could help.

We have a trip planned for April 6 - 13th and I made reservations with Dollar back on 1/16/07 using orlandomagiccard rate and got an economy for $153.46including taxes and fees. (that code no longer works as it says it expires 2/28/07--why it worked for me in Jan. - I have no idea)

We would prefer a larger car and I have been trying for weeks to get any code to be under $200 for a compact without success. I will post here if I find a code that works for those dates. Good luck!

The week before Easter is more crowded thus the high rates. A lot of people have had their car reservations for quite a few months and the codes are probably all at their max! I have a full-size for $156 at Dollar for April 8-14.
Try going on rentalcodes.com and see if there if anything you can use. Also, if your staying on property take ME to the resort and maybe try to rent somewhere on/near property. Some of the hotels have car rentals on site. Picking up at the Dolphin and returning to the airport was quite a bit cheaper than picking up at the airport.
