We are off for our 1st on-site visit in late Sept. We have a family of 5 (3 adults + 2 kids (age 2 &4). Trying to decide between 1 room at BC , deluxe at WV or 2 rooms at POR. Any suggestions?
With little ones I would be between the Beach Club or WV. Being able to walk to and from Epcot is a huge plus! We stayed at BW in May and it was so very nice to be able to just walk back to our room after Illuminations. If you stay at WV you will be able to use the boats to get to and from MK and you can take advantage of the outdoor movie and sing-a-long with Chip & Dale. (over at Fort Wilderness next door)
i would definitely say two rooms at POR... i cannot imagine 3 adults/2 kids in any one hotel room, with only one bathroom/tv, minimal privacy, etc... but then again, our family of four always takes two rooms, so maybe i'm a space hog! LOL!
If your kids are 2 and 4 I would go for a monorail resort. Poly and BC run about the same and its just so convenient for the little ones. If those are your only choices I would pick BC.
