We JUST made our reservations for June. Now the next step for us is picking our places to go to dine.

How do we go about it, really? We're on the MYW+Dining.

So, whats that? 1 snack, 1 counter, 1 TS, right (per person).

So, we have a child with food allergies, and want to pick the right places to eat, that she CAN eat, kwim?

I got forms from WDW to fill out that will be passed on to the chefs, but do I just make reservations and 'hope' that we can be accomodated...?

Please help :)

Thx!

Jason

You will definitely be accomodated. The Disney chefs are great. When you make your ADR's, mention that you have a child with food allergies. The CM making the ADR's will note it on your reservation and also give you the phone # of the restaurant. You should call about a week in advance. When you check in at the restaurant, remind the server that you have someone in your party with food allergies. The chef will come to your table and discuss what is safe and what is not. They are wonderful!

I have a DD with food allergies and WDW is the one place where we can eat without worrying. Of course, we always have Epi Pens and Benadryl with us, but we've never had to use them.

As for CS, each location has a book of ingredients that you can read before placing your order. There are also managers on hand to help you if necessary.

You should probably make your ADR's ASAP since your trip is not that far away. A lot of places book up fast.

I can't answer your ? about the dining plan because we never use it, but I'm sure someone else will have the answer for you.

Have a great time! :goodvibes
