Please help! Trouble making ressies online

Hey, all. They've changed the system since I went last & I can't seem to get it to let me do the plus 10. I'm logged into My Disney Experience & it shows my package reservation checking in 10/18....it'll let me make an ADR for 10/18, but not beyond.

What am I doing wrong??

ETA: Ticker below is inaccurate. LOL We've moved up a few days.

It did that with me too. I tried a couple of weeks ago to make my ressies for 180 + 10 and the system wouldn't let me. I had to call and make them over the phone. I ask the cm I was talking to and she said there was a problem with the system. Ya think. Isn't there always a problem with the system? Give them a call and they can book your ressies for you.

You aren't doing anything wrong. I have tried numerous times and there seems to be no way of doing 180+10 online at the moment. You have to call in.

I'm on w/ a CM now. She told me the same....problems with system. What a pain. LOL Thanks all!

I was told by 2 different cm's that any +10 adr's need to be done over the phone. They didn't mention there being a problem, they made it sound like that is what needs to be done regularly

Give them a call and get your adr's in! They are very helpful.

If you log into the old Disney website you can make them for the 180+10. It works that way. Good luck.
