Let me start by saying no flames, please! I don't know if I can do this or not.

I know that the Disney tickets say nontransferable on them. However, I also know that as a family, we often mixed up our tickets (especially if they had the same character on it) and never had a problem getting into the parks. ::MickeyMo

I have also seen ebay selling tickets with partially used days on them. So it must be done, right?

Well, my Mom is heading down to Florida and I would like to give her the remaining 2 days on my park hopper. It was purchased last fall (before Disney MYW) and has 2 days left on it. :cheer2:

My questions are:
1. Can I give the ticket to my Mom?
2. When did Disney start the whole "fingerprinting" process?

I don't know when I can return to Disney again and would like to give this to my Mom so she can visit Disney during her trip to Florida. All help is much appreciated, as long as it's not flames! Thanks in advance! :goodvibes

;) It's that However that gets people flamed. :rotfl:

Yes, the ticket is non transferrable. HOWEVER.... the old tickets were not linked to the bio scans. :rolleyes1
I say a gift is a gift. Whatever they wish to use it for is their business. :wave2:

The knuckle scanning started in January with the Magic Your Way tickets.

My questions are:
1. Can I give the ticket to my Mom? Technically, no.
2. When did Disney start the whole "fingerprinting" process? Well, it's really not fingerprinting but I think it was started with the new tickets to prevent the transferring you are talking about.

I'm not flaming-just trying to give answers based on what Disney's policies are.

So it's more of a personal ethical decision for me?

I love Disney and aren't out to screw them out of a sale. But I love my Mom too and figure I can help her out too. I just don't want to see her thrown into some Disney jail (like in the Pirates of the Caribbean jail) or anything. :rotfl:

I'll have to think about it. Any advice? :cheer2:

Oh no, not Disney jail! Maybe that Pirates of the Caribbean jail wouldn't be so bad if Johnny Depp was there! :goodvibes
