Please Help - SWA travel reimbursement

OK, I knew something like this would happen! :guilty:

I had booked by (one way) flights to/from Disney.

Got a ding to Orlando. Cancelled the outbound flight and purchased the ding. Had a problem, the new purchase did not use my credit from the cancelled flight.

I called SWA. They told me to cancel the one I just booked (#2 one way to Disney!), and rebook using the credit, and they would refund my money.

Today I received my credit card statement, and there was no refund. I checked my ticketless funds on SWA, and I have a big credit there!!! How can I get the money refunded on my credit card?
 
I had this happen to me once. I thought I was providing my CC info for the $5.00 fee, but instead charged the whole thing. Called SW right away and they credited my CC pretty quick. I checked my CC online and it showed up a day or so later. Call and see if they can still credit the CC for you...be jovial and friendly. If it doesn't work out, plan another trip. :thumbsup2
 
try calling SW customer relations. I was able to get a refund by calling this number instead of the 800 number...

Thanks guys! I called Customer Relations and they are going to apply the credit back to my credit card! I must say SWA is pretty smart. Instead of being all righteous and hard-nosed, they are actually nice and try to help. That goes a long way in influencing who I fly with in the future!!! :thumbsup2
