Please help!!

We are off to WDW in Dec and will driving from the airport to OKW. Every time we have done this so far we have got lost.......don't ask how......and it has meant that our holiday has started with my hubby and I arguing about where we're going! Last year we ended up at Seaworld by mistake, pointing away from WDW!!!!

Anyway..........I would be VERY grateful if someone out there has step by step, idiot proof directions from the airport to OKW/WDW!!!

If anyone knows how to get from WDW to Busch Gardens in three easy steps that would also be appreciated as last time we went there we ended up in a very dodgy neighbourhood where shop fronts were advertising for 'underwear' models and my hubby was convinced we'd be shot if we stopped to ask for directions!!!!! ha! ha!

Thanks in advance

Try www.kissimmee-us192.com i'm sure they have print out maps if you go on the brit area on the site.
I have tried to look for you but can't get on it at the moment for some reason.

Debs,

Which airport are you driving from - Orlando International or Sanford? Let me know and I'll type out detailed directions.

Debs, take a look at Allearsnet for directions to OKW (or any of the other resorts). They are pretty good and mention toll payments where appropriate plus ideas for grocery stops.

I always seem to get lost on the last leg of the trip to Busch - fine on the interstates, but there's that little bit before it becomes familiar where I think i'm lost :D Check out the directions on the BG website - they look fairly detailed.

Good luck!

If you have the Brit's Guide follow Simon's directions from Orlando - I did last year and found Busch with no problems.

You could try to do it a little different. We got a cab from the airport - it really isn't that expensive to WDW and considering you'll have your car for one day less it'll work out cheaper/about the same.

Then get your car from a local car pick up the next morning. Alamo has a place 2 minutes from Downtown Disney.

We found this a lot less stressful and as I say no more expensive! Obviously if you want to get moving on your first day this won't work, but we used day 1 to get settled in and relax.
