Please help!! Postponing til 2007!!!

We were supposed to go in November 06, but have decided to wait until February 2007. That will get us through Christmas and will allow us to have more time to pay off our trip. We are already booked but since the 2007 packages are not out yet do we need to wait to call and change our dates? Also, is there a penalty for moving the trip? We want to leave everything the same, but just change the dates!!! One more question, for those who have been in February how was the weather and crowds???? Thanks!!!!

The best thing for you to do is to call and explain you would like ot move your trip to Feb. If the packages are not out yet, then I believe you can just book a room only ressie, and when the packages do come out..then you can add the package. This is what I would suggest.

As the previous person said - keep checking for discounts and packages.
We have CSR reserved at rack rate for April 2007 (10 days - Easter week).

We will look for AAA rates in Nov or Dec 2006.
If any Annual Pass rates come out, they may be available for us by March 2007.


Also - if you have a reason for moving such as death in the family, birth of a child, loss fo a job, I have heard WDW is very kind & understanding to families with hardships and life changes. I do not feel they would have a problem moving your deposit and re-selling your November room to another guest. WDW still would have 4 months to place the room on the market.
