please help -- need to confirm shipping info

I read here a few months or so ago that you can ship a box to your DVC resort to arrive just before your check in date. There was something that you were supposed to write on the box (I think just name and check in date). Could someone just confirm for me that you can ship a box and what information needs to be on the box.

your name on the DVC reservation, the reservation confirmation number, your date of arrive and of course your resort and its address.
