i was including the officiant cost in the $600 estimate on top of all flowers and champagne... the wish book states the wands are $125 each which is why i gave that estimate.
I just found the wish book and it quotes $25 each for the rose wand-was that a typo or have they raised since then?
Ok here's where I'm at:
Sea Breeze Point package: $4000
MK Photo Shoot: $1300 (yikes!!
)
2 Rose Wands for BM: $50
3 Boutinieres (2 groomsmen & my dad): $36
2 Corsages for MoH & DF's mom: $24
Chupah: $80 (**I think!! See below)
Extra Champagne (1 bottle extra?? Again, see below): $30
Officiant: $200
Hair & Make Up: $110
Grand total: $5830
That's without tax, which I think will bring us to just over $6000, yes?
**OK, my two questions from above:
1. Chupah: I did a little research from the wish book and it priced the "chupah with chiffon accents" at $250. BUT then it priced the "chupah with ivory ribbons" at only $80. Any input on this??
2. The wish book stated that the champagne was for the bride and groom and 8 additional guests. If that is so, we would only need one more bottle, right? We will have 16 adults in total. I just want to make sure everyone gets one full glass for the toast. Does this sound accurate?
My mom will cover our lunch reception at Gardenview Tea Room, which I think will average $400. My mom will also pay for my dress and DF is borrowing his brother's tux. DF says not to factor in the marriage license, because we would need to get one wherever we get married. My parents
might pay for
either the officiant or hair/make up, but that's only a small chance and I can't count on it. Theme park tix are covered with the AP and DF says we can factor in airfare, lodging, and food expenses later.
So, what do you think? Does this seem semi-accurate or am I missing something? Am I ready to present this to DF or are there any other price breaks that you can come up with??
Thanks so much everyone!!
Thanks!!
