Please help my D by answering this question

15 sprints- I'm too out of shape to run 2 miles or even 2 blocks!
 
15 Sprints

(either way I'd prob fall over dead, but still)
 

I did track in high school and was a sprinter so my answer is 15 sprints. Anything over 100 meters is a LONG ways for me. :rotfl:

:rotfl2: the bouncing girls...cracks me up! I have the same problem and my DH laughs about it all the time. Acually even my DD10 makes fun of me too.
 
Thanks everyone! I may have another question later tonight, her twin sister is at cheerleading practice and I am guessing she has the same assignment.

Probably 15 sprints because you would get a chance for a rest, even if it is a short one, in between.

How far are the sprints?
I'd do that if I could decide how far.
 
No brainer for me...2 miles all the way! LOL about holding down the bouncing girls...we call em twins around here ;)
