Where is the best place to be located to make sure you get snow? Being a first timer to WDW, not quite sure how this works. Really don't want DS to miss out!
Well, it can be less busy/crowded in other parts of the route like Frontierland but it's more magical to see the parade on Main street because of the castle and the snow!!
You can experience the snow on Main Street without being there during the parade. I prefer to watch the parades from elsewhere, but the snow is falling beginning as soon as you enter the park for MVMCP. Enjoy, it's a cool effect!
I was from up North the first time I went to MVMCP. It was nice to see snow that I didn't have to drive in it, worry about it, shovel it or have to wear boots. Now that I live in FL seeing the snow in Disney is all I need to see of snow for the season.
Just don't eat the snow My dd held her tongue out to catch the snow and then couldn't get it off quick enough. She was so cute saying that disney has the cleanest snow that it takes just like soap
I have only watched the MVMCP parade from the rocking chairs outside of Exposition Hall, so you don't really see the snow from there. But, it's magical to see it when you walk past the Christmas tree and see it falling down all through Main Street.
