OK i want my character in my siggy on here... on paint shop i made it how i like it...now how can i put it in here???

What I did was go to to http://www.tinypic.com Just browse for your pic and click " host picture" then they give you a url for it

Save the picture to your computer the way you like it. Then go to the website listed above. You'll see a box that says "browse". Click it and find the picture you saved. Double click it and it should show up in the box and then I think you click something that says host or something like that. Then it'll show you all the ways you can link it. Use the one that says

i made it how i want it on Paint Shop and when i got to tinypic.com i click on the picture and it shows up but its so small how do i make it bigger?

and there is all of this white around the pic?

and most of the time it doesn't even show up..(the picture)
