Its 6:05 a.m on (saturday) morning and I cannot sleep. Saturday is a day you are suppose to sleep late. The anticipation is killing me. I feel as if I can explode anytime. I'm concerned if I fall over from a heart attack, I will miss my adr's. We leave with-in 72 hours  We are so excited to say the least.

Awww that's so cute.

I can't sleep either but for another reason - terrified of the flight :( I suppose some of it is excitement, though.

11 more sleeps for me!

I wish I was up due to Disney, but I'm up due to DS! Oh well, relax! It will be great!!

Hang in there, YOU! It's all gonna happen soon. I love WDW so much I can get just
as excited for somebody else who's going. 72 hours! Wonderful. Where are you
staying, where are your ADR's, who's going with you? Focus.....breathe.......aaaaah

O.K. ......."JUST BREATHE".........I also love to hear about everyone's trip but it is my turn now. :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc We are staying at the pop. Our adr"s nine dragons, chef mickeys, kona cafe, leciellier,sci-fi,and spoodles. I am traveling with dw,dd(5),ds(2)and our nephew(who Never gets to go anywhere) His parents go on mission trips to brazil and he does not get to go;so, I thought with free dining it could be cheep to take him. I love this board  Its fun to read about everyone's enjoyment for DISNEY

Wow - 6:05am in my house is late - even on a Saturday. My animals don't distinguish between weekends and week days - I have to work on that! (As a cat races down the hallway and crashes into something.....)

As the other poster said - take a deep breath!!! Maybe you can find a movie to go to or something today to "distract" you from the "countdown!!!
We live in Orlando and go almost everyweek to somewhere in the parks, and I still get "excited". This morning we will be off to Cape May for breakfast and then into EPCOT for a bit, and maybe MGM too! It's always and adventure!

Have a wonderful trip.

Fabulous. I have been to Chef Mickey, Le Cellier, Kona Cafe and Sci-fi. The Kids will
LOVE Chef Mickey and Sci-fi. Le Cellier is more "grown-up" and pricey. It's also a
pretty tiny space. Kona Cafe is a nice family eatery in a beautiful resort. What's
cool about Chef Mickey's is that while you eat, you'll see the monorail whiz through
and everyone waves at each other. It's AWESOME. Wonderful of you to take your
nephew. He won't know what hit him! What are the ages of the kids?

You are a good auntie :thumbsup2 so cheers for you! What a wonderful gift you are giving your nephew. Don't you feel like your trip has already started now and isn't it exciting! 3 days, wow :dogdance: I have 72 and I'm getting more and more excited by the minute but when it's down to 3, with all the running around and last minute preps we are kind of on our way by then and I love it :goodvibes . Did you see the Holloween party report this morning, apparently Captain Jack is out for meet and greets. If your going to the party, well theres another reason to get happy. I would that's for sure!

Have fun!!

Our daughter(5),son(2) and nephew(11). We have eaten at everyone of eaterys besides leciellier. This will be my 37th time to visit the mouse.

Great to hear DW and I are not alone, we don't get any rest time that last week before we leave. Even the night before, we cat nap in the lounge chairs, "DRESSED", ready to leave. We can hardly sleep, just waiting to head out.

Thats probably what we are going to have to do DRESSES and ready to go. Our flight is at 7:05, so, we want to be at the airport by 5:30. I definately do not want to miss my plane. I want to be on soarin by 10:30(we have high hope's).

Oh you've prompted me to share trip details too :)

We are going for 14 nights staying at POR.

We have ADRs for 50s Prime Time, Akershus Princess' Breakfast, Rainforest Cafe, Sci Fi Dine in, and Portabello Yacht Club for my birthday dinner followed by a night at PI for the adults

I am going with my DH, DD1, SIL, her partner, their two children (DP's 2 neices), my brother, MIL and FIL.

We have 2 days at MK planned, 2 at Epcot, 1 at MGM and AK, plus SeaWorld, IOA, and Universal days planned. We are also going to TL and BB! We have 4 days spare to do whatever we decide to do on the day, plenty of DTD shopping planned, DisneyQuest, and maybe even golf too. In short, we're seeing all of Disney :goodvibes

We'll be taking in Fantasmic, Illuminations, Spectromagic and Wishes on different days. We will be seeing Bob play in the piano lounge at POR and I can't wait to get back for those breakfast platters with the yummy potatoes. I also can't wait to see the look on the kid's faces the first time they see Mickey, or the princesses. I can't wait to see Spectro, it's the most magical thing in Disney for me.

Awww... I'm so excited I'm welling up ;)

We've lived here three years (had only been to WDW for a four day trip prior to that) so to DD and I it is still always and adventure. Maybe by the time she is a teen (she is nine) it will get "old" for her, but I'm not so sure! I was never here when I was a kid, so I have lots of time to make up for!

Different than when folks are on vacation - we do little bits at a time now, and there are always new things we discover! We will do a meal, and spend three or four hours in a park some times, other days we will spend a full day in a park.

(All this from someone who would never have been considered a DISNEY FANATIC - prior to moving here - Disney was not what drew me to Central Florida....I always liked the movies, etc, but thought that WDW was for KIDS - so I had no interest until DD came along!)

DS isn't sick, he's just a 5 month old early bird!
