We are staying off-site so driving everywhere.

Sunday our plan is CM at 10am and MK for the day. Can we go to MK for the opening at 9 and then get ourselves over to where ever CM is by our ressie? Or should we just plan on CM at 10am and then later entrance at MK? Seriously, I have no idea as I haven't been to the World in a LONG time, first time with kids and they are 3 & 4 1/2.

2nd one is just wondering where 1900 Park Fare is located in regards to MK? On Thursday we are doing another MK day and have Park Fare dinner at 4:30. What time do we need to leave MK to get over there?

Are only other ressie is Tusker House breakfast at 10:10 on Tuesday but we plan on being there for the opening of the park anyway and my understanding is TH is inside the AK park??

Thanks for all your help!!!

You can go to MK at 9am and still make a 10am ADR at Chef Mickey's- you can walk over to the Contemporary Resort pretty quickly.
1900 Park Fare is at the Grand Floridian. You would catch the resort monorail just outside the gates at MK. I'm not certain of the order of the stops, but again, it should be pretty quick.
Tusker house IS inside Animal Kingdom.
Sounds like your plans are in solid shape. Now relax and get ready to have some fun!

I would say that you could be at the MK at 9 for opening, but just if you want to see the opening ceremony but you wouldn't be able to go much past main street and still make it to you 10 am adr. So probably not worth it!! SEe the opening ceremony another day and just go straight to CM.

1900 Park Fair is at the GF. So I'd say you need to be walking through the turnstyles 30 - 45 minutes before your adr time to get to the resorts monorail platform and over to GF to check-in before your adr.

And yup TH is inside the animal kingdom park, near KS. IF you get there are rope drop and you're near the front of the rope you may have time to ride KS before you 10:10 adr. The Pangani (sp?) Forest trail is also near there.

Have a great trip!

With kids that age I'd just start at CM in the Contempory Resort. By the time you get through the gates at MK you'll be turning around to head to CM. Why rush? Just my opinion.

For Park Fare just jump on the Monorial. Tusker House is good, and right near the Safari ride. I'd go and jump on that first, and then head to breakfast.

The order of stops on the resort monorail would be: Board at MK, Contemporary, TTC, Poly and finally, get off at the Grand Floridian. There is also a boat that you can take from MK which goes to the GF and the Polynesian.

On the day you plan to have breakfast at Chef Mickey, be advised that you won't be able to park at the Contemporary while you head to the MK. At the CR, they will give you a parking pass for just 3 hours. Enough time for your meal, but not enough time to hit MK for the day. You can park at the TTC (MK parking lot), or you may be able to pay for valet parking at CR and keep your vehicle there for the day.

Hmmm...just because they would get a kick out of the monorail and want to ride it all day everyday maybe we'll do ropedrop and then take the monorail over to the Contemporary. Our other MK day is EMH so we won't be there for rope drop since we're off-site. Though we will be there before 9 for BBB.

Everyone's advice is great, thank you!!
