Please help me with our second grade project

Hi all.

I am a second grade teacher (as some of you already know) and am in need of some help from my Cyber-friends! My class is doing a postcard/geography unit. It's usually well received by all the families and I get a lot of participation. But for the first time ever, this year, I have had very little participation from the families of the students in my class.

So...that brings me here. I am looking for a few people willing to send a postcard (or letter with some pictures) that shows the area in which they live. If you are interested, please PM me here on DIS, or email me at shauna.hunter@cowetaschools.org and I will provide you with all the details.

I greatly, greatly appreciate all who can help!

P.S. My students would also get a kick out of postcards from various vacation spots...for instance, um, Disney World. (See, I tied it in to "Disney for Families")
