Please help me understand my points

I have totally confused myself. Here is the situation…

I own 515 points @ SSR with an OCT UY.
I currently have 455 points available in my ’09 UY.
I need 465 points for our December 2010 family trip.

What do I need to do? Do I need to go ahead and bank the 455 points now before I book the 2010 reservations next week?

Yes, you will have to bank the 2009 points into your 2010 UY if you want them for the Dec 2010 trip.

Once you do that, you will not only have the 455 2009 points, you will also have all your 2010 points as well.
