me, dh, 2yo dd and 4yo dd

Will probably arrive around 10/1030am. Leave 3/4pm.

Attractions we will be doing
Toy story
Voyage of the little mermaid
Beauty and the beast
Disney jr
Olaf meet
Frozen sing a long

Showtimes are tripping me up.

Do you have any ADRs? Did you make FPs yet?

What are the show times for Beauty and Beast, Disney Jr, and Frozen? (Little mermaid is all day long, continuous shows)

Depending on when your Toy Story FP+ is, if you're there in time for the 10:30 Frozen, I would then plan on the 2:00 Beauty. As PP said, Voyage is continuous, and Disney Jr is somewhat continuous as it is about every 30 min. So from Frozen to Beauty, you should be able to get the other stuff done and even have some lunch.

Alternatively, plan on the 11:00 Beauty, but still get to the park around 10:00. Perhaps get your TSM FP+ for that hour. Then schedule Frozen for 3:30 and do all the other things after Beauty.

Thank you both so much. Some answers to help.
-have a 745am and a 910adr at bon voyage (trattoria al forno).
-I make my fast passes Friday and will cancel one adr. (So no fp yet for toy story)
-no lunch adr
-555pm adr at 1900 Park fare for dinner
-staying at the contemporary

I was going to fp toy story, voyage of the little mermaid and frozen sing a long. I know fp isn't needed but we're not really doing anything else.

What order should I be doing everything? Logistically in the park what makes sense? What time should I try for toy story fp?

Assuming your kids are early risers, I'd keep that 7:45 ADR.
FP+ Toy Story 9-10
Frozen 10-11
Mermaid 11-12
Beauty is at 1:00 and 2:00, so you have a choice there, depending on when you fit in Olaf, Disney Jr. and some lunch. Speaking of lunch, you can take food into Beauty with you, so you could grab something to eat while you wait for the show to start. I believe all HS QS places have the kid pack with gold fish, yogurt, and snacky things for the kids.

That should give you the opportunity to get back to the Contemporary for a nap before your ADR at Park Fare.

Wow you're awesome. My kids are typically early risers but the 745 makes me nervous bc who know what will happen at Disney. Plus it's a pain getting from the contemporary to boardwalk. I was just able to score the 910 yesterday with a res finder alert.

Do you think it's all doable with the 910 res? I can still try for an 830 res and split the difference lol.

So great to know about food and beauty and the beast. We're def going to do that.

How do you plan on getting to Boardwalk? Do you have your own car? It will be hard taking the busses to get to the 7:45 on time. You will have to be at the contemporary bus stop by 6:30, to make sure you get that first bus to Hollywood. Then walk to Boardwalk, which is about a 20 min walk.

I would make the Toy Story FP for later. It might be a rush to get to toy story by 10. TS meals can take an hour and a half, as you may have to wait for characters to come by. You should be leaving Bon Voyage around 9:15, and walking to the gate of Hollywood after 9:30, which will be cutting it close for 9:00 Toy Story FP.

I would go for the 10:30 Frozen show.
See Olaf
12:00 Beauty and Beast (with lunch, there is a QS right across from the theater)
1:30 Disney Jr. show
Then 2:00 FP for voyage of little mermaid
3:00 FP for toy story

Then, head out by 3:30.

If you do the 9:15 ADR,
you won't get to the park until 11 or so.
See Olaf upon arrival
12:00 Beauty and the Beast
1:30 Frozen show
2:00 Little mermaid FP
3:10 Disney Jr
3:15 Toy Story FP (if you miss the 3:10 Disney Jr, do Toy Story first, and then see the 4:00 Disney Jr. If you make the 3:10 Disney Jr, you will still make the Toy Story FP by 4:15 easily, the are very close)
Leave at 3:45 (4:30 if you see the 4:00 Disney Jr)

With breakfast that late, and your 6:00 dinner, you would be best off having a snack here and there, instead of lunch.

You'd still be fine. Have your TSMM FP+ at 11:00 just in case. The restaurant will likely be running a little behind and you'll be there an hour. Then from BW to DHS by boat is probably 30 min or so depending on your luck with timing of boat departures.

Everything in the PP plan still works as long as you also have Frozen and Mermaid done before 1. Olaf has had typically low lines in several times we've been by there this year.

That gives you 1030, 1130 or even
1230 Frozen options. It's the far more enjoyable show to us over Mermaid but you can easily do both. The park is compact and walking isn't bad until you head down to beauty and the beast. It's a bit further.

I can tell you aren't Star Wars people so I'll skip all that. But there is the muppet vision show that's pretty good too if you've still got time.

Earlier is better for arriving and eating but don't stress if it's just not realistic for you guys. It'll still work out great.

Thank you so much. This helps a lot. We would get a family uber. One car seat and I'll have a bumble butt or whatever it's call lol. Pretty sure I just made that name up.

The 745am makes me nervous. I'm going to keep trying for an 830am res. Will def skip lunch and just do a snack. Thank you again

Thank you so much. Yes, not Star Wars people although dh is. BUT we're doing the Star Wars dessert party one night. So he'll get his Star Wars fix.

Def thinking of keeping the 910 adr but still trying for an 830am.

There's not even that much stuff we want to do at HS but the timing of the shows makes it tricky.

If they expand the new "Minnie Van" by the time you go, you could just take that. It's $20 flat fee and they do have up to two car seats.

Thank you all. @PrincessArlena'sDad theres no 12pm beauty and the beast on my date unfortunately.

How does this look everyone?

Plan A
9am adr at bon voyage (changed it from 915am)
1030-1130am toy story fp(have not booked yet)
1130-12pm frozen sing a long fp (have not booked yet)
1210-1234pm Disney jr show
Meet Sofia
120-137pm voyage of the little mermaid fp (have not booked yet)
2-230pm beauty and the beast
Leave

OR

Plan B
9am adr bon voyage
1030-1130am toy story fp
1130-12pm frozen sing along fp
Meet Olaf
1-130pm beauty and the beast
210-227pm voyage of the little mermaid fp
Meet Sofia
310-334pm Disney JR show
Leave

Which one is more doable?

I think Plan B is more doable. With Plan A, I don't think Frozen will be over in time to make that Disney Jr.

You may run into the same thing on Plan B with B&B and trying to get to Little Mermaid. It's a bit of a walk from Sunset back over to Animation Courtyard. Putting Mermaid and Disney Jr together is the way to go. Where does Sofia meet? You might just be able to switch these three around since both the shows are continuous.

Keep trying for an earlier ADR at Bon Voyage. You're going to be hard pressed to be at TSM by 11:00 with that 9:00 unless everything just aligns correctly. The boat ride or walk from Bon Voyage over to HS is at least 20 min. Factor in waiting for a boat, going through security/bag check, and then just the walk back to TSM, and it's easily 11:00. Riding TSM and then making it over to the theater by 11:30 for Frozen will also take a bit of hustle.

When you are seated at Bon Voyage, you'll want to go ahead and ask for your check and pay it, so once you've eaten and seen the characters, you're ready to leave.

@sharonabe

Thank you! Yes, I'm hoping for an 830am res.

Sofia meets in animation courtyard so I'd combine that with the Disney jr show.

With those three all in the same spot, I think you'll be able to wing it with what order you do them. I'm not even sure would try to do FP for any of them, so you have some flexibility.

One thing to keep in mind, everything in Disney takes a lot longer than you think it will. Especially with two little ones. If you schedule things too close together, you are asking for problems. For instance, for the 11:30 Frozen show, your plan should be to arrive at around 11:00. In fact, the FP will require you to arrive between 11:00 and 11:15 (the timing of FP is similar for all shows).

With the 9:00 ADR, you should plan to arrive at HS at 11:00. A 10:30-11:30 FP for toy story will probably work. But, might as well make it for 11:00-12:00 (assuming you are doing that first).

So:
11:00 Toy Story FP
Meet characters
12:10 Disney Jr show (arrive by 11:45)
12:40 Little mermaid FP
2:00 Beauty and the Beast (arrive by 1:30)
3:30 Frozen FP (arrive at 3:00)

This gives you times for snacks and restrooms between attractions. As well as walking around looking at things.

You may not have time for Olaf between Beauty and Frozen. Beauty ends at 2:30, and you'll get to Olaf close to 2:45, later if you stop for drinks or restroom, and you want to check in for Frozen by 3:15 the absolute latest. The line for Olaf could be as short as a few minutes, or as long as a half hour, and there's no way to predict.

But, you can see Olaf after Frozen, if needed.

Also, by going slowly, and not rushing around, (as this last plan accounts for), you'll be less tired when you head out.
