Please help me figure out housekeeping!

Hi everyone,

I just can't figure out the housekeeping thing. Please help me with each of these scenarios:

1. I check in on Sunday, and I am staying for 9 nights. What day do I get full cleaning and what day is trash/towel?

2. I check in on Sunday and stay 7 nights. Is there a full cleaning after check in? Is there trash/towel? When?

Yes, check in day is day one. Your cleaning will be on Wednesday, and your T&T on SUnday.

If you check-in on Sunday for 7 nights, you will get trash & towel on Wednesday. No full cleaning unless requested (there will be a charge).

Ah, 10 night stay. Since we've only stayed six nights or less, we've only gotten T&T, no full cleaning.

Did you check your confirmation sheet? We just returned from BCV and were trying to figure out when T&T would be (we checked in on Sun. and they ended up coming on Wed.). But the funny part---when we got home I was looking again at our confirmation sheet and the date for T&T was printed right on there. HTH

Caskbill's planner also has when T&T and cleaning days are on it, if you want to pay around with that.

FYI - Diane, I think the original post was changed from 8 to 7 or 9. I was confused too at first.

Are you sure you don't have these reversed?

It used to be where they did the T&T first then the full cleaning second. That made no sense for an 8 or 9 day stay so they changed it. In reality you can change them around and ask them to do any days as long as you quality. You can pay for extra of each if you want.

The original post didn't have 2 questions. It just asked about an 8 night stay. That's why Diane was confused. So was I at first.

FWIW, the original post is quoted above. It was never edited.

I am actually staying 9 nights, but may or may not be cash and points combined. So I am not sure if it will be a 9 night stay or a 7 night stay. Thanks for you help!

Can you request full cleaning every day? is it possible?, doesn´t matter if they charge....do I have to tell that now with my reservation or when I arrive?
