Hello Everyone - I just got back from a land/sea/land vacation and of course I'm trying to plan my next trip LOL. So here is where you all come in. I am either shooting for November 2006 or April 2006 during spring break. I have been twice during the April/May season and once in June (never again) but never in November. How is the weather the first week of November generally? What are all of your preferences?

My next decision is where to stay? We stayed at the Poly for the first time this past May and it was absolutely great. My dd loved the volcano slide and I loved that I could still see her!!! Even though she's 12 I like to keep my eye on her ya know. We would like to go for an Ecpot area resort next time so it's between the Beach Club or Boardwalk Inn. She likes the look of the clown rollercoaster slide but I know the BC has the whole mini waterpark thing? So comparing the actual slides what's the better of the two? She LOVED the darkness of the slide at the Poly and it was very fast too. Any opinions are very much appreciated and I have loads of time to decide. I just can't stay away from the boards :p

both resorts are great!

I think I would favorite BC = but then I LOVE Epcot and enjoy Beaches and Cream and Cape May Cafe!

I don't like the BWI or villa don't have a restuarant inside either part. you have to go out on the BW itself. So in rainy or bad weather this can be a problem.

I've never stayed at either hotel, so no opinion there (except that I love B&C). But I think that I'd choose November over spring break because of the crowds. I wouldn't want to fight the spring break crowds and the weather will be great in early november. Day's probably 70's maybe even 60's mornings and evenings cool. Yeah, sounds much better. Only disadvantage is the pools, but you could probably swim during the afternoon with no problems since it will be warm (relatively) and the pools are heated.

Well I am a bit concerned that my dd won't want to swim in November if it's only in the 70's but I am talking about the very first week so it could very well be warm enough to swim still. What is the weather usually like around Halloween in the World?

Never been in November, but we've swam in January, so I'd have to think it'd still be warm enough in Nov.

As for the time, IMHO I would avoid Spring Break like the plague

Wow,you lucky girl, getting to go back so soon, lol!!! I'm no Disney expert but I was there last Nov and the weather was gorgeous(in fact, I've been 3 times in Nov and it's great) We were there Nov 6-13 and the kids swam every day. Not too hot during the day, maybe a light sweatshirt at night. I would def pick Nov over spring break for 2 reasons: #1-less crowds #2-the heat-my friends were there in April this year and said it was HOT!!! Have fun planning!!
