Please help me decide which day to go to Epcot.

I had my itinerary all set or so I thought. My plans had us going to Epcot on Saturday, Nov 4th. Now I'm reading how the locals flock to the F&WF on the weekends and it can be wall to wall people in the WS. I'm thinking of switching our Epcot day to Monday, Nov 6th. Monday is getting further into Jersey Week and I don't know if that'll have much impact on the crowds. So what do you think?

Plan 1 - Saturday, Nov 4th

or

Plan 2 - Monday, Nov 6th

Also, please share any past experiences at Epcot on a Saturday during the F&WF or on Monday of Jersey Week. Thank you!

ETA: Either day we will head around WS at 11 a.m. and try to be finished by 3 p.m. We'll spend 9-11 a.m. in FW. Right now we have Dinner ADRs at Coral Reef on Sat at 5:40 p.m. We won't be staying for Illuminations (seeing it Thurs night) so that is not a factor.

Have you subscribed to tourguidemike online by any chance (I believe he is a sponsor of the boards). You can get to a link at the top of the boards and subscribe for about $18 with the discount and you will get tons and tons of invaluable advice for your trip. We've been going for years and last two trips (in the last year) included July 4th and Thanksgiving and we had easy holidays without big crowds by following his 'best days of the week' for each park. It breaks down by exact date which parks are good, cautious and bad and why and how to get through each nicely. I renew every single year now. If you are conisdering Jersey week I would recommend the subscription for sure - you will be glad you did it when you are in the right park at the right time (and the crowds are elsewhere).

I'd go with Monday also to avoid the weekend crowds. This is a busy time for the locals. However, touringplans dot com shows either day would be fine.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I just joined a couple days ago and that's what has me rethinking some of my plans. :confused3 Touringplans says one thing and TGM says something else (on a couple of days anyway). Right now plans are (Nov 2-8):

Thurs Eve - Epcot (see Illuminations)
Fri - MK
Sat - Epcot (leave after dinner, Coral Reef at 5:40 p.m.)
Sun - AK
Mon - DS, Eve MK for Spectro
Tues - free morning (cane fishing at POR), MK Afternoon/Evening (see Wishes)
Wed - free morning, leave at noon

If I move Epcot to Monday, then we'd do AK on Sat and DS on Sun instead. Touringplans says to avoid AK on Saturday ( :confused3 they don't say why); whereas, other source says that's good. This is all new to me and I'm just not sure which sources are most reliable.

Any reason not to do AK on a Saturday?

We've been to WDW during the F&WF a few times, and although Saturday's were a bit more crowded, it was never enough to make us uncomfortable. In fact, until I read here that Saturdays at Epcot were "crazy" during the F&WF, we never noticed! I wouldn't go crazy changing plans - it really is not bad at all - it's quite manageable and enjoyable.
