Please help me choose a date!

We are bound to the school calendar and the oldest has various exams so we can't vary.

Which would be the best time to visit:
March 13-21, 2004
OR
May 29 - June 6, 2004
Which is likely to be least crowded?
I know there will be less rain and heat in March, but it would be fun to take advantage of the YC pool in June.

We vacation on the Gulf Coast March 15-31 and take at least one day at WDW during that time. By mid-March you should be able to use the pool on any sunny day. Even though the nights can get as low as the 50s, your days will be in the 70s and 80s. Yes, it can rain - but it rains a LOT more in late May and early June. Have fun!

I am happy to see you will not be taking the kids out of school! A pat on the back to you!! I would choose the later date if I were you for 2 reasons. 1-many schools start spring breaks in March not matter when Easter is. We are going the last week of March 04 as that is when our school break is. It will be more crowded than the other week. 2- it will be warmer the second week. If you really want to swim I feel that this is your best bet. I know lots of people swim in December but I see you are in the south. We are southerners too ( ignore my location, I hope it is temporary!) anyway, we prefer to swim when it is good and warm and March will be iffy. JMHO...Lacee

I say go for March. We were there in March with the boys, 5 & 12, and it was warm....mid 80's and we went swimming every night. There were a few cool days...but NOTHING like Jersey was (still snow on the ground here then) we wore shorts and on a few of the evenings wore a light jacket. I like to spend as much time as possible in the parks and with Early June heat I'd probably have to take a longer break in the afternoon. The rainy days were great too, no lines and it's warm rain there lol.
