Please Help!! I REALLY Messed Up!

I am totally lost, please help! I have a $25 web cert. from MyPoints. I activated and got the card number and exp. date. I went to the Disney site, ordered a $25 gift card and it won't accept it. They keep saying it's invalid...I even called Disney and they said the card is not valid! What am I doing wrong! help!

Its because they do a $1 charge when you place your order- BEFORE they charge the card for the $25 amount of your gift card. That makes it $26 until after they refund your original $1. Does that make sense? I went to webcertificates.com and added $5 to my webbie then placed my disney card order for the $50 that I wanted. So now I always have a "padding" of $5 for those darn $1 "precharges" that they always do.

OH NO!!! I kept trying to place the order and now it shows they took $5.00 away from me!!! WHAT THE HECK DO I DO?? How can I get that back!! I am such an idiot, I went and kept hitting to place the order and they kept taking $1 each time, ...Please help! Should I call Disney? Thanks!

I believe they automatically credit it back. If you put $ in your web account- then the $25 purchase will go through and your $5 should be put back leaving you with a $5 balance so that you don't have to go through this next time.

You are being extremely patient with me and VERY helpful!! I just checked Mypoints and my balance is down to $20 from $25 and there are 5 $1.00 debits from disney... You think they will automatically just go back to my account? How long should that take (day, week...)?

I am so upset with myself for not looking into this better. I am not touching anything and hopefully that 5-$1.00 charges will come back and my total will go back up to $25, and THEN I'll put extra money in, do you think that will work???

The first time I did this- they charged 2 $1 charges. I realized what was happening and put an extra $5 in my acct. I don't think it was even a day later that I got the confirmation that my purchase had gone through and the next time I checked my webby acct ( a few days later ) my $2 was back.

When this happened to me I called webcertificate and they gave me extra money on my account so I could buy my item. It takes a little while to show up but it works for me.
