Please Help! I can't log onto VMK.

I really need some one to help me with this one. I have emailed vmk help line three times and have not received any help what so ever. I registered for vmk about two months ago and had not experienced any problems until about a week and a half ago. Since then, every time I go to log onto the game I get all the way through the loading screens and then either the window goes black and freezes, or I can get to the main map screen, but am unable to select any locations, so again stuck. Also my room list is empty. I'm using Windows XP and all of my system specs are above the minimum requirement. I have latest shockwave installed. I have also tried with all security settings turned off including firewall. I can get into the game if I start with a new character every time. As soon as I try with my main account, nothing. I really hope some one can help me so that I don't have to quit playing the game and lose all my stuff.

try to delete all temp internet files then shock wave clear all cookies then reload vmk and shock you should be ok

Thanks for the help.
I used the uninstaller on both programs and reinstalled shockwave and flash.
After that, I was able to successfully log onto vmk, however, a few minutes into the game it crashed and now I'm having the same problem again. Should I just keep uninstalling and reinstalling shockwave and flash every time?
