Please help! Gifts to resort rooms

There is a friend of my dd8 who lost her dad to cancer in Sept. (He died 8 weeks after diagnoses and left two little girls 6 and 8). I just found out they are going to Disney for four days this week (leave Wednesday, come back Sunday). Some of us were trying to do something extra special for them. We already called tonight and got the girls into the castle BBB on Friday!! I was hoping to send something to their room (CBR). I looked at the Disney Florist sight. Are they able to customize a little? Is there still time to send something? Is there a phone number or just the web site? Any help you could give to make these two little angels have an extra special trip would be so appreciated. Thanks!
