We're checking into SLC in 20 days and I need assistance planning surprises in the room for my family...I've now left three phone messages asking to be contacted and also sent an e mail to this addy: WDW.GF.Executive.Reservations@disney.com . Can anyone who has been in contact with GF concierge planning etc. verify if I sent it to the right address?

No response to the e mail yet either :(

Thanks!

Since they have not contacted you, please pick up the telephone and call the GF's Front Desk at (407)-824-3000 (that's the number that is stated on the official webpage for the GF Resort). Ask them to transfer you over to the concierge since you are a concierge guest who will be arriving in a little more than two weeks. They should be able to do that for you. If you get their voice-mail, please voice the fact that you are anxious to speak to someone as soon as possible, and please give them an exact time that they may reach you via telephone (and give it to them in East Coast time and state it as such so there is no misunderstanding). If that fails, then the FAX for the GF is (407)-824-3186. In your FAX, state that you would like to be contacted via phone at such-and-such time (don't forget to give your phone number, your resort reservation number, and your name).

I hope you have a nice vacation. Someone here on the Dis recently returned from SLC and they had a nice vacation.

Thank you Janet and Boomer!

Not only did they call me this afternoon but they also e mailed me, apparently one of the ladies was working on getting info about answers to my emailed questions before calling me. But another CM called me to tell me to expect an e mail within a few minutes, and then there it was!

They are arranging my wheelchair rental now and also arranging some surprises for my family for me :)

Thank you so much for the info, I will print those numbers out to have them handy.

Interestingly, I did call the resort directly and they sent me to the planning department (hence the third voicemail I left them!). The lady said that 20 days out the concierge desk wouldn't have my ressie yet.

But it's all taken care of now...thanks for the support and info!:Pinkbounc

20 days till we surprise Dad with SLC at the GF! :D

p.s. OH! I forgot to mention, I got an answer to the e mail that I sent to the address I mentioned at the beginning, but the answer came from the one that Boomer posted! Go figure!

Excellent news, GeekChic! I'm glad everything worked out for you TODAY!

I, too, will be in a wheelchair during my upcoming GF stay. The folks on the disABILITIES board have suggested that I look into rental of an electric vehicle (ECV, aka "scooter"). I'm not sure how much time I'm going to spend in the theme parks, so I may or may not go that route. I'm going to have to give that one a little more thought.
