Please help!! Employer Tax ??

Does anyone know what taxes an employer has to match, or share liability to? I think it is Medicare, but I could be really off base. Any inout would be great!
 
As far as the tax that an employer has to MATCH, it is both Medicare and Social Security...combined total of 7.65%.

They are also responsible for FUTA and SUTA.
