Yes, it is an incredible thing!! Why do I need help you ask? Because I need a way to get this incredible cast member some recognition from his leadership!
In a nutshell: I screwed up my MDE when trying to change from Miss to Mx for one of my kids - just - it’s a complicated story and the details don’t matter, but it wound up that they just vanished from all of our plans. Resort reservations, tickets, park passes - poof.
I was literally in tears when I got Eli on the phone - am in tears again because he bibbidy bobbidy boo-d my kid back into our vacation plans!!
Please, share with me how to give Eli a round of applause - I will gladly sing his praises from the top of all 3 (plus Everest!) Mountains!
