Please Help! Booking Question

Hello, I am trying to book a one week vacation for summer of 2022. I have an April use year. Our stay requires 250 points. The plan is to use all 130 points from 2021 and 120 points from 2022. The website is not allowing me to book the reservation because it is only letting me borrow 65 (50%) points from 2023???? It is trying to borrow from 2023 and it is not even showing me my 2022 points. I waited on hold for over an hour a few days ago and the agent told me the same thing, that I could only borrow 65 points. I didn’t realize that she was referring to 2023 points and not 2022 points so I didn’t questions her. I really don’t understand how I can not use my 2021 and 2022 points to book a week in a one bedroom during 2022????? Can someone please help me? Thanks

Did you bank the 2021 points into 2022? If not, the system will not recognize them as available for vacations in your 2022 use year. That is why it is trying to borrow from 2023.

Bank the 2021 points and then try again. It should work.

A "summer 2022" vacation is in your 2022 use year. You need to bank your 2021 points first in order to make them available for that trip.
