Please help a CBR "victim" w. a basic POR question!

I am one of the masses who just learned their favorite resort will be closed during my upcoming trip in october. After talking things over with my girlfriend, I THINK we are going for POR, specifically, either oak manor or magnolia terrace. my question is this, can anyone tell me what POR bldgs. are two stories tall and which are three?

The mansions are three stories, the Bayou are two.

The mansions have elevators (in the 3 story section), the bayou rooms do not.

The mansion buildings are 3 stories in the center of each building. The wings are only 2 stories, however. There is an elevator in the 3 story sections. I would stay in either Magnolia Terrace or Oak Manor in one of the wings on the 2nd floor close to the river.
