Please give me some feedback on what days for each park

Hi everyone, I'm looking for help with which days to go to which park. Any and all feedback are welcome! Here's the current plan:

-Thursday 3/5- Epcot. This is the 2nd day of the Flower and Garden festival and there is also an after hours party this night. This is the day I'm most unsure about.
-Friday 3/6- Magic Kingdom- considering booking dinner at California Grill or somewhere on the Monorail Loop. Will we have time to go to dinner? We are DL regulars so may skip some of the repeat rides at MK.
-Saturday 3/7- Rest day
-Sunday 3/8- Hollywood Studios, possibly park hopping.
-Monday 3/9- Animal Kingdom. I am most excited about AK so I like the idea of saving it for last. We're also trying to book a tour here. Putting it at the end gives me a better chance of getting it. Could also park hop at the end of the day to another park.
-Tuesday 3/10- Revisit one or two parks to do our favorites again, flight leaves at 6pm.

We will have Park Hoppers (although we aren't planning on park hopping everyday), and we're planning on premier passes for Epcot, MK and HS.

Oops, I thought of more questions. Do I need to be linked to my friends in order to book dining reservations or the Wild Africa Trek at AK for all of us?
