Thanks!

It seems like it's too good to be true, doesn't it? I mean, besides the fact that it's only a few restaurants you can actually eat at.

Just in case you are interested - I have one 2 park meal deal ticket left over from our most recent trip to Orlando - this is an adult ticket good for 1 day at both park locations. We had purchased 3 for my hubby, daughter and I - but I did not use mine. If you are interested let me know and we could work a deal. There is no expiration date and we do not plan on returning to Universal or IOA - we are kinda stuck on disney. Thanks and have a great trip.

We just got back from Universal a few weeks ago and did the meal deal- my husband, eight year old son and myself. I could not believe all the food!!
And yes you can go through as many times as you like! The meals were not that limited either. I do not know if we were just lucky but a lot of the times they let us get anything we wanted on the whole menu. Everything was great! By the way, this was our first time there and we are going back again in a few weeks. We all fell in love with the place!!

Does anyone know the price of the 1 day/2 park dining at the gate? It can't be purchased online.

If anyone does have this information, could you please post the adults' and the kids' price also?

Thanks!

I would be interested in this too! I am thinking we could use counter service while at Universal and full service dinners at Disney when we move there on the dining plan. :dance3:

I was at USF/IOA yesterday, and while I'm not positive, if I remember correctly, the 1-park meal plan was 24.99. (I think the 2-park was something like 28.99 or so). So the 18.99 internet price is a good deal.

ETA: Just looked at my park map, and they do have the 1-park prices listed as:
Adult: 24.99
Child: 12.99

do I need to purchase on line with my tickets or can I decide later and go back and purchas?

You can purchase anytime. You'll just have two confirmation numbers to type in when you pick up your tickets at the electronic kiosk.

We went a few weeks ago and had the meal & drink plan. It was OK. One problem we encountered is that we are early risers and were the first ones in the parks that day. At 9:15 I was thirsty and went into one of the restaurants to get a soda, I was told I couldn't get anything until 10:30!

We felt a bit ripped-off since there are signs EVERYWHERE saying 'eat and drink all day', and no where on their website do they say anything about having to wait until 10:30. The only time frame they gave is it stops 30 minutes before closing.

USF/IOA needs to let people know ALL the details BEFORE they purchase the mael & drink plan. If I had know ahead of time - I would not have purchased the plans.

BUYER BEWARE!

It's $8.99 for the drink cup, but you can not get anything to drink until 10:30 when the 3 restaurants (in each park) open.

is the drink plan done with a special cup?

can I use the same cup for all 7 days in a row?

how would they know I didn't buy it that day?

Kevin
