For all of you who have been, much help needed. Could you please give me some insight as to the differences of Windsor Hills, Indian Creek, Formosa Garden and Emerald Island..Age of homes? Things to do in the community..Can you get get nicer homes in Indian Creek at a better price because it's not as fancy. Are they all the same distance from each other. Any help would be appreciated.

IC, WH, EI and Formosa gardens all in minutes of each other

WH, EI and FG are all gated

WH and EI have clubhouses

IC, FG, EI and WH in order of older to newer communities

FG homes and EI Enclave have larger peices of property with FG having the most

All have wonderful homes. It is what is most important to make your vacation the best it can be.

I've just been bouncing around like a ping pong ball, can't figure out what I want..I would settle for a 4 bedroom but I need 3 big beds and must have air hockey, pool/spa..I was looking at IC but then after listening to everyone on here talk about WH, I jumped over there. Then I started looking at the bigger homes to get what we wanted but some of the prices are killing me. WH would be perfect because my 2 boys 17 & 21 would be able to go off on a walk or go to the clubhouse. Basically WH is just gorgeous, but the home are filling up fast for January...We've never rented a home before and this is all just driving me crazy..I'm sitting on the computer til 2 in the morning just looking at houses. I have found one home that is just perfect but I can't find any reviews because I guess it's just a new home http://www.mickeysmagic.com/
it sure looks great though. Thanks to everyone for always answering my ton of questions.

I would check the pool direction with the owner, as from the picture described as "30' long designer pool with spa and waterfall' the sun is coming from straight in front of the camera, which from a SW orientated pool is impossible.

Apart from that the home looks great.

Because of the shape of the lot the pool will get a little northeast sun (if there's such a thing) but mostly westsouthwest.
We had a pool facing eastsoutheast just on the street above and had plenty sun.

I thank everyone so much for all your input, this may sound silly but on the pool scenerio. We are going in January so we will be paying for pool heat, will the way the pool faces the sun still matter.?

Looking at the property appraisers site the pool orientation looks to be North West.
If you have pool heating the pool should remain warm, and the deck should remain in sun for at least the afternoon.
