Please don't take this wrong, but how do I know I have a reputable renter?

Do the owners give references and such? I have been burned before and just want to make sure all is on the up and up. Hope you all understand!

Renters are encouraged to request references if they are more comfortable with that information.

All aspects are negotiable, so you should make sure you are happy with any and all aspects before sending any money.

There are lots of great people who have rented DVC accommodations here.
