If Value season is until December 16, does that mean the rate is good for the evening of the 16th?

Maybe, or maybe not!,.. I don't have any idea right now,..

Yes, it is through the night of the 16th ......so if you take your vacation through 12/16 and check out on 12/17, all of your nights will be at value season. But if you stay any nights from 12/17 on through the rest of December, those nights would be at holiday pricing .
