We can now make our ADR 180 days in advance. According to my poor math I can make my ADR's anytime now for early June visit. Correct??

Yes I'm aware that I will have to make my resort ressies before the ADR's

There is a calculator on this site, I think it's under dining, and you enter your dates and the calculator tells you when you can make your ADR. I just stumbled across it this morning!
Also, I made a CRT breakfast ADR this morning and I don't have my resort reservation yet; the CM just put me in as a day guest.

You only need to book the resort first for making the 10 day ADRs
