I'm considering buying BLT points soon.

I presently have an October UY on my existing contracts.

As I understand it, I will receive matching DP'S which must be used at Saratoga (for WDW vacations) - which can be used right away.

Then, my first BLT points will be my October 2009 points.

If I am wanting to make a reservation for May, 2010, may I call at 11 months - June 2009 - and use my October 2009 points, and borrow from my October 2010 points - to complete that reservation?

It's easy to catch the fever! The scenario you described sounds correct. Your Oct 2009 BLT points will be available for you to book a reservation in May 2010. You can also borrow your 2010 points as needed to complete the reservation. Plus you will have matching DP points to use between now and the beginning of October...Have fun planning the trips.

Yes you can call to reserve in June 2009

This trip would be during your

2009 Use Year ( OCT 1 2009 - SEPT 30 2010 ) so those points are available

and 2010 Use Year points may be borrowed for this May 2010 trip

because you are allowed to borrow them into 2009 Use Year

which then makes them available for stays from OCT 1 2009-SEPT 30 2010
