Please compare Cyress Pt.Grande Vistas and Horizons by Marriott

Hi. Was wondering if anyone has stayed at both Cyress Pointe Grand Vistas and Horizons by Marriott and can compare the two for me - convenience to get around at resort (are the pools walking distance from units?), cleanliness, condition of units? Thanks so much!
