Please clarify dates and exclusions for Visa FD!

I have to wait for the GP offer next week, but would love to have time to plan. Everyone is so excited and the thread just keeps growing. I have tried to keep up, but now I'm completely confused. Please clarify the Visa offer - what are the dates, and what resorts are excluded. I am planning AKL and AoA suites in November and need to know.
