Please choose the studio I should book..

Hi all.

We've stayed at all DVC properties on WDW so know the pros and cons to each resort. Have a 3 day stay coming in March (after our 7 night cruise) and need to book a studio somewhere but we can't choose, so I thought I'd let y'all pick a resort for us. 2 adults and 2 boys (6 and 3). We're staying in a 1BR Std. at the Boardwalk before the cruise for 4 days.

So I've narrowed it down to SSR, OKW or VWL. We've enjoyed our stays at each resort but I can't decide!

Love the ambiance of VWL and we'll probably be doing more MK, but the new pool at SSR (our home resort) and proximity to DTD make it a good choice too. Not sure about the 2 queens at OKW, as folding the pullout up at the other places would make more "play room" but we love that resort as well.

Majority wins and that's what I'll book.

OKW!!!! The rooms are larger and it's nice not to pull out the couch after a long day!!
Plus....It has the ferry to DTD.

I love OKW, but with the ages of your children, I'm going to vote for VWL because of the sandy area, the pool, the variety of boats to rent, and the proximity to the MK. The pull out sofa will also give you more daytime space in your room.

I also vote for VWL. We love the feel of it plus the proximity to MK is always a plus.

I have to put in my vote for SSR! I LOVE SSR. I have stayed in all of them, and when we bought into the DVC we decided on SSR. I think the resort overall is the best, nice and quiet, and HUGE rooms. Pick the studio at SSR!

I would, but now I have 2 votes for VWL to 1 SSR.

After a cruise, I would pick OKW. Sit back and relax next to the pool or out on my porch.

I'd have to go with VWL. The boys will have a blast doing the Hidden Mickey hunt in WL/VWL, plus you get Electric Water Pageant to cap off your evening.

A nice boat ride to MK, Fort Wilderness or Contemporary gives the nod to VWL for this trip.

Same applies to VWL. Or honestly, to SSR as well. Any of them would fill the need for a nice quiet resort.

But you obviously can't go wrong with any of your choices.

Yep, that gets my vote too, and the slide and sand play area will be winners with the youngsters. PLUS...you are still easy access to DTD.

As much as I love OKW I will tell you go to VWL. If it was DH & I we would be at OKW but for you the two boys my vote is for VWL. Will be a nice change of scenery from the cruise, close to MK too. Again you won't go wrong with any of your choices.

i would say vwl bc its so close to mk. we r going in 3 weeks and staying there for the 1st time!! but im sure whatev u pick itll be magical!!

Based on what info you have provided:

1. SSR (new pool!)
2. VWL (proximity to MK)
3. OKW (one of my favorites but you mention the 2 queen beds so...)

VWL--love the atmosphere and the proximity to MK. The pools are very nice and the ambiance is unique!

Hmmmm....I love both VWL and SSR. That's a hard choice! After a cruise I say VWL because everything's right there and close (dining options, store, etc.) and it's so relaxing.

SSR gets my vote! Great food options, close to DTD and so relaxing. have a great time!
