please can a friendly american help..?

I recently learned that there is a dehydrated peanut butter in powder form - and it is low-fat, too. It only has a few things added to it, like sugar. You mix so much of the powder with water and it makes peanut butter - I haven't tried it, but most ppl I've read the reviews of say it is good, better than Skippy-type but not quite as good as natural-type.

The product is called PB2, if I recall correctly, so do a Google for that (or for "dehydrated peanut butter") and you'll find the site you can buy it from (in Georgia you can buy it in the grocery stores, since the company is located in Georgia).

They say it is also great for adding to shakes, nutrition drinks, etc. 'cause you don't need to mix it first - just add the powder to your shake/drink and mix it up! That is what I would like to try. :) (Nothing can replace my Reese's peanut butter for regular peanut butter eating!!!)

Anyway, you just make the peanut butter at the time you need it (it doesn't save well as pre-mixed, I guess). It is also good for travelling (powders are fine going in carry-on bags, too) as well as for dieting (you don't have a whole jar of peanut butter tempting you to eat it all - just mix one serving and that's all you eat).
